Was it really just two years ago that a 15-year-old CiCi Bellis beat Dominika Cibulkova at the US Open for her first WTA win? Two years on and the Northern California native continues to show that win wasn't a fluke. Now ranked No.203, Bellis made her first WTA quarterfinal this week at the Bank of the West Classic.
